Partnerships · for contractors, designers and project managers
Put it in the quote.
Greenery is the line that lands on you last. It is in the scope, it is not assigned to anyone, and three days before turnover it becomes your problem. Specify Artifax instead, at our published price, and you are paid for it.
The arrangement
A commission, not a discount.
Artifax publishes one price and holds it. The café owner, the hotel group, the designer and the contractor all see the same number — and nobody finds out later that somebody else paid less.
So there is no trade discount to negotiate, because there is nothing to negotiate against. What there is instead is a commission, paid out of our margin, on every sale you bring us. You are not buying our product cheaper and reselling it. You are being paid for the work of specifying it.
That is a deliberate choice and it is the better deal for you: a discount is worth whatever margin you can defend against your client’s next quotation. A commission is a fixed percentage of an invoice we issue, at a price we publish, and it does not shrink when your client starts comparing.

How it runs
Four steps, and none of them are chasing us.
01 · Register the client
Send us the client, the project and the rough scope before we have spoken to them. We confirm it in writing within two working days, or tell you straight away that they are already with us.
02 · Specify us
Put the pieces in your schedule at our published price. Sizes and counts agreed once, ordered once. Twenty pieces arrive identical.
03 · We deliver and place
We bring the pieces to site and set them in position. You are not unpacking cartons on turnover day, and you are not the one explaining a mismatched corner.
04 · You are paid
When your client’s payment clears, the commission is due — and we tell you, in writing, that it is due.

The part that matters
“Paid when your client pays. Not when the order is placed.”
Every referral programme in this industry dies the same way: one late payout, one contractor who had to ask twice, and the whole thing is finished — because the next person hears about it before you do.
So the trigger is written into the agreement, not left to goodwill. The commission becomes payable when we have been paid in full and the goods are delivered. We tell you in writing within three working days of your client’s payment clearing, stating the amount and the date it will be paid, and we pay within fifteen working days. If we are ever going to be late, we say so before the date, with a reason and a new date.
You should never have to ask whether you have been paid. That obligation is ours and it is in writing.
Straight answers
What you are agreeing to.
Your client’s price does not change
Whatever you charge your client for your own services is between you and them. What you cannot do is tell them you got a discount from us, because there are none.
The registration lasts
A confirmed client registration holds for 180 days and renews each time you tell us the project is still live. If two of you are on the same job, first registration wins — or you split it, in writing, and the total is unchanged.
It survives the agreement ending
If a registered client’s order is delivered and paid for after the agreement ends, the commission is still paid. Work you already did does not evaporate on a renewal date.
The rate is set in the written agreement. Ask us for a copy and read it before you commit to anything — it is short, and Clause 5 is the one worth reading twice.
Next step
Ask for the agreement.
Send us a project and a ceiling height and we will put a spec line together, with the agreement alongside it.
